The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued at least 12 months before pickup. Licences issued outside the EU/EEA must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Additional drivers must be present at pickup with their own licence and be declared on the rental agreement. Undeclared drivers are not insured.

Every rental includes third-party liability and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess. Damage to tyres, windscreen, undercarriage, keys and the interior, as well as damage caused by driving off sealed roads or under the influence, is not covered.

You may reduce the excess to zero with our optional Full Protection package, available at pickup.

A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised on a credit or debit card at pickup. It is released after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cars are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full. Missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a refuelling service fee. Unlimited mileage applies on the island of Lesvos.

Vehicles may not be taken off the island, used for racing or towing, sub-let, or driven on unsealed tracks (except 4x4 models where explicitly agreed). Smoking is not permitted; a cleaning fee applies.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Late returns of more than 60 minutes are charged as an extra rental day unless agreed in advance. One-way returns are available at the fees shown during booking.

In case of an accident, call the police and then our 24/7 line on +30 2253 042153. A police report is required for insurance to apply. Roadside assistance is included for mechanical failures.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mytilene, Lesvos.
